How much does delivery cost for my order?

Urban Swagman posts our products through Sendle, which uses Australian courier services throughout Australia. Orders under 500g will be shipped via Australia Post's Express system.

Express Post - $10 flat rate

Free Shipping for domestic orders over $100 - this will be sent via Sendle and their selected couriers, or Australia Post in some situations.

International orders will be invoiced separately for shipping after the order is placed. Orders will be shippied via Australia Post's International services.

Shipping to New Zealand - $30 per 2kg
Shipping to US or Canada - $40 per 2kg
Shipping to UK - $50 per 2kg
Shipping to other EU countries - $70 per 2kg

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

What are the expected delivery times?

Delivery using express post and Sendle couriers generally take between 1 - 3 business days to arrive depending on where you live, although shipments to WA and NT may take up to 10 days. Once Urban Swagman receives your order online, your item/s will be posted within 2 business days. We will notify you of shipment and give you a tracking number by email.

Delivery times may vary. Delivery is also subject to stock availability. Weekends and Public holidays may delay delivery.

Urban Swagman will notify you within 48 hours if an item you have ordered is out of stock which may affect your delivery time.

Customers will also be notified within 48 hours if your order cannot be fulfilled for some reason.

Urban Swagman accepts international orders from several countries outside Australia, though the order won't be shipped until the additional shipping invoice has been paid.

Refunds & Returns

At Urban Swagman, your satisfaction is our number one priority. We encourage our users to check their online orders against which products that arrive and advise if any mistakes have been made in dispatching your order. We ask that you inform us of any faulty or broken products within 7 days of receipt. Failing to do so within 7 days may result in a rejection of your claim.

Please note that because our products are 100% natural and handmade, individual batches may vary slightly in texture, smell and size. This in no way affects their quality and cannot be the reason alone for a request for returns.

To claim a refund or exchange, please contact us at or 0402 497 548 before returning any products. If you are returning the item because you’ve changed your mind, we will only accept products unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging.

After returns are received in full, Urban Swagman will reimburse the value of the returned products within 30 days. Customers will be responsible for delivery charges unless the products are faulty.
